Interpersonal Skills

Ownership: I follow what I build from the first requirement to production, and I stay on it afterwards. Freelancing taught me there's nobody else to hand it to.
Leadership: I lead the frontend team at Geckosoft on architecture and code review, and I help the people on it grow. I do the same at PartyUp.
Communication: I'd rather raise a problem early than find it at the deadline. I listen to other points of view, and I change my mind when the argument is better.
Planning: Working on several projects and teams at once, I've learned to plan my time and keep the commitments I make.

Outside Work

Travelling
What I like best is walking through a place I've never been. No destination, no plan, just seeing what it's like.
Training
I go regularly, and eating well is part of the same habit rather than a separate one.
Music
I listen to a lot of it on Spotify, most of it while I'm working.
